November is the month of thanksgiving, we all are very fortunate to have so many blessings in our lives, however time to time things/events in our lives bring us down. Let’s compile a list/library of gratitude which we can access at anytime to change our mental & emotional state resulting in good health.
You will accumulate 1 point for each item below:
1. Everyday state what you are grateful for-thing/person
2. Clear picture of steps/miles-min 10k for challenge (anything above will not give you extra point & less will disqualify you from the challenge)
3. New selfie everyday
4. Pic with a happy feet member
5. Collage submitted by 10pm everyday in the proper album in the current folder.
Vimi Shukla is offering a class called Yog Nidra which is designed to release stress and tension.
Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep, a state of conscious deep sleep for extreme relaxation and subtler spiritual exploration. The session will run for 4 weeks with 45 mins of class/week.
She will give away two sessions.
